I have been studying ways to make HARMONY work for me on a daily basis. So I made HARMONY an acronyn for traits and actions that will help me live more harmoniously. Here is what I came up with:
H - Helpful
A - Accepting
R - Respectful
M - Modest
O - Observant
N - Nice
Y - You not me
I have to admit that the Y is going to be the hardest for me. Seriously, I am a ME girl. I fight it but sometimes ME rears her ugly head at the most inopportune times.
So there it is, HARMONY and it's meaning. Tell me about your word. Do you like acronyms too. Spill!

I find the "Y" statement SO incredibly hard to believe! I'm jsut not buying it! Not at all -- see my arms crossed? No... now hands over ears.... saying "la la la la la la la la .... I'm not hearing you... la la la la"
